The PM Formalisation of Micro food processing Enterprises (PMFME) Scheme is a centrally sponsored scheme launched under the Aatmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan to enhance the competitiveness of existing individual micro-enterprises in the unorganized segment of the food processing industry.
Individual micro food processing entrepreneurs, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), Self Help Groups (SHGs), and Producers Cooperatives involved in food processing activities can apply.
